The room was not cleaned properly. I found dust everywhere, especially under the bed. even after i told them, the problem was only partially fixed. the towels and linens were not very clean either. I saw hair on them.

The location was very central. It made getting around easy.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. I found long black hair on the floor. there were huge spiderwebs in the bathroom. i was also missing tissues and a bathrobe. I thought 4-star hotels usually provide those.

I appreciated the great location. It was close to everything. The room had a good size and view. Breakfast was decent (especially the coffee!). The building itself is amazing.

The entrance did not completely suggest arrival at a 4 star hotel. It felt more like entering an apartment.

The shower dials needed updating. They were hard to operate. Hot water took some time to come through.

This hotel locates right next to the opera house. The location is central with easy access to main attractions. My room had nice underfloor heating in the bathroom, lovely.
