Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a delightful stay at this exquisite boutique hotel. The rooms were beautifully done, spacious, and clean, a real upgrade from what we paid for. The service was incredibly friendly and warm, making me feel right at home. The location is superb, nestled on a lovely tree-lined street amongst high-end retail stores and many restaurants. My only slight disappointment was the limited dining options, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit small for my liking, lacking a desk or chair, but the big terrace offered stunning views of Magyar Allami Operahaz and Andrassy ut. The elegant decor with an old-world vibe was truly beautiful. The service was top-notch, with the staff going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The location was unbeatable, right next to the opera house and close to all the main attractions. Unfortunately, the dining options were underwhelming, especially the lack of decaffeinated coffee at breakfast.
The hotel rooms look even better than in the pictures, spotlessly clean, and nicely decorated with sophistication. The staff at Reception were excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet, overlooking Andrassy. The dining has limited choice but is decent, possibly impacted by current circumstances. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel offers a fantastic stay with beautifully designed and spacious rooms featuring a comfortable huge bed. However, the lack of space for the price paid is a downside. The service is exceptional, from providing plug adapters to accommodating early check-ins, making the experience sweet and helpful. The location is excellent, close to main attractions, and offering a charming view of the opera house. The dining experience is great with tasty options, although access is only from outside. Overall, a great value for the price.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although with a lovely terrace, was slightly cold due to a heating issue. The service was friendly and helpful overall, despite a minor trust issue with loose change. The central location was a definite plus, allowing easy access to key attractions. The dining options, though ample, had a setback of delayed opening times. Overall, a decent value for the price paid.
